Red Stripe has began a rumvolution with the launch of Rum Stripe, a rum-infused mixed drink in two daring flavours: Cranberry and Coconut & Pine.
Never ones to be overlooked The Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards judges enjoyed a personal taste session, Thursday last, on the Jamaica Food & Drink Kitchen, hosted by Jodi-Ann Campbell, Rum Stripe brand manager, who shared that after extensive market research it was concluded that Rum Stripe is precisely what the market craves. Indeed, Campbell references the tasty mix as “a celebration in a can”. No higher moniker, we reckon, for the series of summer parties that can roll out in just a few months.
Helen Simpson, quality and native raw material manager at Red Stripe, added that the formula, which took a 12 months to perfect, lends credence to the assumption that Red Stripe is committed to innovation, customer satisfaction and, most significantly, staying ahead of the curve within the beverage industry.
Not much so as to add, really, save raise a toast to the Rumvolution!
