The twenty fourth edition of the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival will probably be celebrated with two free concert events on November 11 and 12 at Cabarete Beach, with the positive energy that defines the event. This announcement is made by the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival Educational Foundation (FEDUJAZZ). After taking a two-year break resulting from the worldwide health crisis, the event is back stronger than ever to offer “the music of jazz” to the tons of of locals and visitors from across the globe who come together at each concert.
Buika, an Equatoguinean-Spanish singer who excels in a wide range of musical genres including flamenco, jazz, tango, and boleros, in addition to Grupo Bonyé, a bunch with a repertoire that features son, guaracha, montuno, traditional son, salsa, salve, and merengue, will each perform on the DR Jazz Festival 2022, which could have the official sponsorship of the Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Tourism
The president of FeduJazz, Maria Elena Gratereaux, said, “We’re incredibly completely happy and excited to bring back these concert events that, with good music, unite tons of of people that love jazz and has a positive impact on children and adolescents who learn music through the muse and the collaboration of so many individuals, firms, and institutions that consider within the exertions of the muse and our team.”
The DR Jazz Festival 2022, like previous editions, will feature performances by notable musicians and singers along with a full and fascinating schedule that features jam sessions for individuals who wish to improvise, free musical educational workshops led by skilled musicians, and family-friendly activities in Sosua.
